Please look at the video and pictures of the house; they reflect the property’s current condition. Visit the property to look at the exterior of the house and the neighborhood. We cannot show the interior of the property until we have approved your application and the property is vacant.
       Once we have reviewed your application, we will call or email you with further instructions.

Leasing Requirements

• Security deposit is one month’s rent amount
• Pet deposit is two month’s rent per pet
• First month’s rent and security deposit are due at lease signing: Cashier’s check, money order, or cash only; no personal checks; personal checks okay after first month.
• Complete application is required for each adult 18 or older who will occupy the property
• We do not accept people who have been evicted
• We must be able to verify current landlord and previous landlord
• We must be able to verify income
• You must have a good credit history
• We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants in the property
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house
• $0 application fee per adult applicant
• After you fill out the application(s) email Maurice@HousingWiz.com to let us know that you have sent your application(s).

Each adult 18 and over must fill out and submit the application below. We will contact you when we need additional information concerning your application.
